Environment

Environment is a growing concern nationally and globally. New laws on the protection and preservations of the environment including conservation of biodiversity, access to biological resources and sharing of benefits therefrom as well as prevention and control of pollution from all relevant sources have been increasingly adopted. Litigation with respect to environmental disputes between private sectors and government agencies or between private sectors is likewise increasing.
