Founder

It was not an accident that I first founded Asia Inter Law Co., Ltd. In 1997, inspired by my ambitious desire to help people who needed or sought professional legal advice from knowledgeable and experienced lawyers, I started my own law firm, Asia Inter Law Co., Ltd. The name was designed from the start towards the future of the firm; that is, to serve clients on domestic and international bases. The law firm has proved to be so successful by my very name that Asia Inter Law Co., Ltd. has been changed to Santi Piyatat & Associates to portrait my personal flavor and professional pride.

The legend of Santi Piyatat & Associates started more than a decade after my completion of an LL.B. degree from the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University. Nevertheless, my academic life did not stop at the LL.B. level. After my graduation with an LL.B. from Thammasat University and LL.M. degree from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, I went to the United States to earn an LL.M. from Chicago Kent College of Law, from which I have built lots of strong and long-lasting relationship with many professionals.

It did not take me long to interest myself in a wide range of business sectors. To satisfy my quest for extensive business experience, I further took a course in the Thai Real Estate Business School and received a Certificate of Professional Real Estate Developer.

To fulfill my endless business ambition and to fully visualize a broader spectrum of businesses, apart from working as a founder of Santi Piyatat & Associates, I assume a position of the managing director at KC Property Public Company Limited focusing on residential property development and of a co-executive and director of Thai Setakij Insurance covering a wide range of insurance.

To enhance and update my knowledge even further,

I recently attended Harvard’s Office of the Vice Provost for Advances in Learning’s FinTech program as I value how important Fintech is in Today’s world.
